CMAI: PROFESSIONAL KNOW-HOW

To meet its mission of providing everyone with a personalized interior design solution adapted to their needs, CMAI implements multiple know-how at the industrial level.

Throughout its history, the group has integrated new professions, particularly related to the transformation of materials, involving new skills.

COATING

The coating technique consists of gluing a film of decorative wood appearance (for example) on a door profile: it allows a rendering close to the material thus reproduced, for a lower selling price.

STEEL PROFILING

Profiling consists of shaping a steel plate to transform it into a cupboard door upright (or handle). All steel profiles and rails are therefore produced in-house by the Group's various workshops.

VARNISH & LACQUER

Varnishes and lacquers are among the most delicate furniture coverings to achieve given the mastery required in their implementation.

Agem, Castalla and Sanrafael are the specialists in these finishes within the CMAI Group.

SOLID WOOD & VENEER

Solid wood or veneer are the noble materials par excellence in the collective imagination: the know-how of Quadro and Sanrafael in this area is particularly appreciated and recognized.

CORIAN®

Synthetic material consisting of mineral powder and acrylic resin, Corian® lends itself to all curved and curved shapes and has a particularly pleasant finish to the touch.

AGEM factories are today certified Corian® processors.

GLASS TRANSFORMATION

Glass cutting and machining are carried out in-house in the Group's integrated mirrors.

CUSTOM FURNITURE

The design and production of 100% made-to-measure furniture is the basis of the businesses of AGEM and QUADRO factories for the most complex projects or using specific materials.

ESTABLISHMENTS SOGAL, for its part, is focusing on custom-made furniture made from melamine panels.

INTEGRATED LOGISTICS

Beyond the materials and products to which their transformation leads, logistics is one of the major components of the group's organization.

Fully integrated, it allows CMAI brands to benefit from the shortest delivery times on the market for all of their customers.

Thanks to a fleet of more than 100 vehicles, most of the Group's products can thus be delivered anywhere in France, for example, within 5 working days, without any stock of products in the factory.
